This website offers visitors selected free services and information related to Baby and Toddler age groups. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least one 16 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. When buying any service, plan, course, session you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 

“The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on the agreed basis set out at the time of purchase and via your agreed payment method, failure of payment method will result in cancellation of your purchase with no reconciliation of used/part used services.

Return and refund policy

For any purchase made from Baby Bliss, unless stated otherwise refunds will not be provided if you decide not to attend or utilise the service and materials provided. Change of time / date and access to services is at the discretion of the provider and final in all cases. It is your responsibility to ensure you and any participants you chose to include in the services you chose are of physical and mental wellbeing to take part, and Baby Bliss accepts no responsibility for changes to that wellbeing or other conditions following the use of services provided either free or purchased. 

Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of "Baby Bliss". Right to suspend or cancel user account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

What data do I collect?

* Personal identification information – name, phone number, email, medical conditions, next of kin and their contact information, baby’s name, baby’s date of birth, baby’s medical conditions, permission to use images of you and your baby on my website, marketing or social media.

* Images of you and your child if consent has been given.

 

How do I collect your data?

* You may provide the data I collect when booking a service through my website or in person via Google forms.

* You may provide the data when you make an enquiry by email, through my website or in person.

* You may provide the data when you subscribe to newsletters and updates through my website.

* Data I collect will be reviewed annually. If you have not used my services or visited my website in that time, your data will be permanently removed.

 

How do we use your data?

I collect your data so I can:

* Process your order for my services

* Manage your account.

* Email you with special offers, newsletters and information about upcoming services that I feel you may be interested in.

Your electronic data is stored within the programme which manages my website www.babyblisswakefield.co.uk which is managed through www.wix.com

I also secure your data that I collect via Google forms on my Google drive.

I keep no paper data.

I would like to send you information about your services which I feel you may be interested in via newsletters. You may subscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button of the email.

If you have given your permission to use images of you and your baby for marketing purposes you can opt out at any time.
